this course was excellent
I learned the differences among intake, assessment, and screening. I think the outcome matrix is a useful tool to track someone's changes and receipt of services. I think the Good Works Agency is overwhelmed but plugging along in its role. I like the fact that it looks like no one is too busy to learn new things and I think Rhonda will learn to delegate and accept that Ron might be a good resource for teaching others the new computer program.
